This Gag Chart/Word Generator is based on the one found in the book "1000 Gags a Year" which was published in 1951 By Cartoon Consultants and written by legendary cartoonists Jack Markow,Harry Lampert, and Dan Koener. I first came upon the book thanks to the high rez scans on Mike Lynch's Cartooning Blog and thought I could replicate that via a "web app" and here we are(with some help from a good buddy Ramon!)
